House GOP Compares Health Care Proposal To Santa Claus

U.S. Rep. Dan Lungren (R-Calif.) says the President might have another proposal that he hasn't yet presented to the House. "He was talking about a totally different proposal because when he denied it did certain things that by it's very text it does in the house form it was somewhat confusing," says Lungren.
