Expect Unemployment Rate To Peak Around 10% Says White House Adviser

Christy Romer, Chair of the Council of Economic Advisors, says a new CEA report on the progress of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 shows that the national unemployment rate should peak at around 10% either later this year or in early 2010. (:22)
