Cardin Proud That Sotomayor Will Serve On Supreme Court

Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) says he is proud that a person of Judge Sonia Sotomayor's capacity, compassion, and understanding of the problems that American people face, will be a member of the Supreme Court if confirmed tomorrow in the full Senate vote. (0:22)
