New Regulations May Harm Fishing Industry, Says Industry Leader

Richard Canastra, a director of one of the largest Boston Pier fish auctions, recently lead a protest in Martha's Vineyard against new regulations being applied to the fishing industry. Canastra says that the new regulations may put 600 smaller fishing boats out of business. (0:34)
