Waxman-Markey Bill Will Decrease Americans' Disposable Incomes, Warns Industry Head

Jay Timmons, Executive Vice President of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), explains that the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 would actually contribute to the current recession, cause further job loss and increase energy costs resulting in the decrease of American's disposable incomes.
