Sen. Bingaman: Funds Difficult To Find For Land And Water Conservation

Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) says that land and water conservation is a legitimate issue around Washington, but committing funds to this issue is more difficult than simply discussing the issue. (0:23)
