Green Jobs Kill Jobs Says Dick Armey

For every green job created, two jobs will be destroyed says former Rep. Dick Armey (R-TX). Armey adds that "what global warming public policy is really all about is the artificial creation of increased scarcity of what is probably the most high linkage resource in America and the world." (0:27)
