Air Force General Frustrated With State Of Military Suicide Prevention Programs
General William M. Fraser III, Vice Chief of Staff for the U.S. Air Force, explains that his biggest frustration with current military suicide prevention programs is that there is no one single fix to the problem of service members committing suicide. He also says that even with all the efforts they have put in, counseling-seeking service members are still committing suicide. (0:42)
