Cruelty To Animals Desensitizes Society To Violence, Says Democrat Moran

Rep. James Moran (D-Va.) says that allowing cruelty to animals to continue will lead to the society-wide desensitization of violence and will ultimately have an adverse effect on Americans' quality of life. Moran was speaking at a rally organized by the Humane Society of the United States to promote animal protection laws. (0:28)
