Salazar: Stimulus Wasn't Meant To Turn Economy Around Overnight

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar discusses how the stimulus package was not supposed to act as a magic wand that would improve the economy overnight. He says that since Congress is going to disperse the stimulus funds over the next 18 months, jobs creation will gradually occur throughout those months and into the future. (0:26)

I'm am happy to hear that some people actually realize this. We have only been hearing the opposite. I work in the social service field where we won't even start getting stimulus money until August. How can people expect to see a significant differance already?
