GOP Senator Slams USDA's, EPA's Analysis Of Energy Bill

Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Ky.) says that analysis of cap and trade legislation recently presented by the United States Department of Agriculture is built on assumptions of the Environmental Protection Agency, which he says is "driven by their agenda" and does not accurately reflect the cost to rural America.
