Republican Smith Likens Health Care Plan To Roe v. Wade

Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.) says President Obama's health care plan will do more for abortion than any other government action since Roe v. Wade due to the fact that it does not exclude taxpayer funding of abortion (0:27).
