Minnesota Democrat "Fed Up" With Complaints About Stimulus

U.S. Rep. James L. Oberstar (D-Minn.) says that he has "no patience for those who have been given" taxpayer money and federal funding and are now complaining about paperwork. (0:36)

I was in the room when Oberstar made these comments at a committee hearing on how stimulus funds were being spent. He was not criticizing "taxpayers." His comments were directed at STATES and state officials who complain about the reporting and transparency requirements that come with the Recovery Act funding.
