Republican Senator Worried About “Cap And Trade”

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the ranking member of the Senate Committee on Finance, discussed his reservations regarding President Obama’s “cap and trade” program. He said that Americans may face higher prices without a concurrent drop in worldwide greenhouse emissions. (0:47)
