Fight Discrimination In Healthcare

U.S. Rep. Steve Kagen (D-Wis.) is pleased that President Barack Obama has accepted to include in his healthcare reform a crucial element which is that there should be no discrimination for any preexisting medical condition when patients buy their prescription drugs at the pharmacy. (0:44)
