U.S. Coast Guard preparing for second Red River cresting

TRNS Victoria Jones speaks with Chief Petty Officer Michael Berry and Petty Officer Thomas Blue of the U.S. Coast Guard about search and rescue operations in North Dakota as well as preparations being made for the the second cresting of the Red River, which is anticipated sometime next week. (5:25)
