Kerry Says Focus Should Be On Pakistan-Afghanistan Border

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), Chairman of the Senate of the Foreign Relations Committee, says that what happens at the Pakistan - Afghanistan border will "do more to determine the outcome" in Afghanistan than any shift in military policy that the U.S. employs. (0:52)
