Sen. Hatch: It Is Radical To Expect Tax Dollars For Abortion

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) says that he considers it "radical" to provide federal funding for abortion. Hatch is a co-sponsor of an amendment proposed by Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) that would bar federal subsidies for abortion. (0:16)
