Next 18 Months Critical In Afghanistan, Says McChrystal

I as a milatary man feel that the aims and objectives set by the US milatary are not realistic. What could not be achieved in 8 years cannot be done so in 18 months.As they say 'a counter insurgency operation is as good or bad as the government it defends'. US/NATO troops are being put in harms way to defend a government that is corrupt, incompetent and of doubtful legitimacy.
