CBO Letter Disputing Healthcare Legislation Savings Could Expose Democrats

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) says during a press conference Wednesday that a letter he received from CBO Director Doug Elmendorf revealed that using Medicare cuts to fund healthcare reform will actually add to the federal deficit. Says Sessions, "I think it's a potential game-changer." (:15)
