McConnell: This Debate Isn't Over

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) reminded reporters Tuesday that the final Senate vote for the health care bill is not the final vote for health care reform.

"The vote in the Senate is not the final vote. There are substantial differences between the House and Senate bills. The American people are still going to have another month or so ... to weigh in," said McConnell. (0:17)
