Sen. Reed Disappointed By GOP Efforts To Block Defense Vote

Sen. Jack Reed (D-R.I.) said Friday that he was disappointed by Republican efforts to put-off the health care reform bill by stalling the Defense appropriations bill. Reed explained to reporters that in the past when a defense appropriations bill came to the floor, the Senate generally tries to act swiftly to ensure resources are allocated to the military. (0:23)
