No Single Person Should Be Able To Stall Legislative Process, Says House Democratic Caucus Chair 

House Democratic Caucus Chairman John Larson (D-Conn.) said Wednesday during a press conference that no single person, or group of people, should have the ability to obstruct legislative progress, rather lawmakers should work collectively. (0:22)
