In Copenhagen: Environmental Law Professor Discusses Obama's Strategy For Climate Conference

Noah Sachs, a Richmond University Associate Professor In Environmental Law attending the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference, told TRNS Tuesday what he presumes the political message that the Obama administration will attempt to portray at the conference will be.

According to Sachs, Obama will attempt to show commitment from the U.S. by pointing to the work that his administration has done in comparison to the previous.

Sachs says that Obama will have a difficult time balancing this message with a weakly perceived environmental policy coming from the U.S. (0:42)
