Debt Limit May Increase To Up To $1.9 Trillion Says Hoyer

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) says Friday during a press conference that it will be necessary to increase the nation's debt limit by between $1.8 trillion and $1.9 trillion to get the U.S. through December of 2010. (0:19)
