Insurance Commissioner Blames High Premiums On Inflation Of Medical Costs

Sandy Praegar, Chairman of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the Commissioner of Kansas Insurance, says that the most cited cause of insurance premium increases is medical costs trends, in which medical cost inflation outstrips general inflation (0:19)
