Economist Feels Gas Prices Are Stable, For Now
“Gas prices will rise if crude oil prices rise and right now crude oil prices seem to be stablizing,” said Energy Information Administration Economist Neil Gamson.
Gas prices have risen twenty-nine cents from one year ago. The EIA said in its weekly survey, “the price for regular unleaded gasoline increased two cents over the past week to two dollars and sixty-nine cents a gallon.” (0:23)
