Republican Smith Recants Chinese Attorney's Testimony On Forced Abortion

Rep. Christopher Smith (R-N.J.) re-tells Chinese human rights attorney Jiang Tianyong's testimony from a November 10 hearing in Washington D.C., where he describes a forced abortion in China, under the one-child policy. Tianyong had requested to meet with President Obama during his recent trip to China, but was turned down by officials. (0:45)
