London Think Tank Says U.S. Must Cut Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Nick Mabey, a chief executive for London think-tank E3G, says that the European Union is expecting a strong commitment from Obama to urge the U.S. Congress to pass legislation that could cut greenhouse gas emission by 2020. The EU has committed to cut its emissions by 20 percent. (0:13)
