Sen. Graham: "We're Making Bad History" By Prosecuting 9/11 Mastermind In Federal Courtroom

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), tells Attorney General Eric Holder that choosing to prosecute 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a federal courtroom is an unprecedented move and warned the Attorney General "We're making bad history."
