Congress Can Cherrypick Health Care Reform Provisions For Best Children's Coverage, Says Researcher 

Senior researcher with the Urban Institute, Stan Dorn, said Congress can treat health care reform like an a la carte menu, in which they can cherrypick provisions from legislation passed through individual committees in order to attain the best coverage for children. (0:58)
