Middle East Analyst Claims Bush Was "Decisive" In Iraq

James Phillips, Middle East Analyst at the Heritage Foundation, calls former President Bush decisive in sending more troops to Iraq during the Surge in 2007. Phillips was discussing a CBS News report that President Barack Obama has decided to send 40,000 additional troops to Afghanistan, as requested by the top U.S. General in Afghanistan, Stanley McChrystal.
