"It's About Time" Democrat Eshoo Says Of Local FM Radio Legislation

Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) says she cannot believe it has taken Congress so long to implement the FCC's recommendation that local, community oriented FM radio stations should be allowed to operate close to large commercial stations on the dial. Eshoo's remarks came during a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee markup of H.R. 1147, otherwise known as the Local Radio Community Act of 2009. (:43)
