Sen. Bunning Announces Transparency Resolution

Today Sen. Jim Bunning (R-KY) introduced a Transparency Resolution that would subject all bills to a 72 hour waiting period before being sent to Committees or the Senate floor. Bunning says that this will give the Congressional Budget Office adequate time to score the legislation. (0:24)
