Sen. Murray Introduces Chiropractic Care Bill To Help Veterans

At a hearing Wednesday morning held by the Committee of Veterans’ Affairs, Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) addresses the lack of chiropractic care and services in VA hospitals by proposing a bill that she introduced with Senator Sam Brownback (R-Ks.) which states that chiropractic services be included in VA hospitals. I totally agree. I am a chiropractor in Reno, Nevada and there is a great need for care to our local veterans. I have quite a few vet's in the past, but most of them have to pay out of pocket because their insurance is lousy. Providing them with a means to pain relief and better health without writing them another prescription that they don't need is the least we could do in an attempt to repay them for their service to our country.
