Economist Asks About Potential Bankruptcy Law Boundaries

Aparna Mathur, an economist at the American Enterprise Institute, says the U.S. government should help American families avoid bankruptcy instead of making it easier to file for bankruptcy. Mathur testified at the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight and the Courts on Tuesday.
