Connecticut Democrat: Taxing Insurance Premiums Puts Unacceptable Burden On Families
Rep. Joe Coutrney (D-Conn.) Friday expanded upon a letter proposed by Courtney and 107 fellow Congressmen asking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to reject a tax on “cadillac”, or high-priced, health insurance plans.
"We're going to have more and more families that are going to run into this very high tax," said Courtney during an interview with TRNS. Courtney added that the tax will "impose a burden on middle class families that is unacceptable." (0:23)
