Vermont Bank Regulatory Official Says Regulatory Merging Will Fail America

Thomas Candon, Deputy Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration says he is against the merging of regulatory committees. Candon says merging the regulatory committees will ruin the dual banking system in the U.S. (0:15)
