Baucus Delivers Final Remarks On Health Care Bill

Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Mont.) makes final remarks recognizing that the status quo can no longer go on in regards to the U.S. health care system, Baucus goes on to acknowlede that a balance needs to be found.
