Voting verification unique to each state

The Honorable Todd Rokita, the Indiana Secretary of State, says that the National Association of Secretaries of States (NASS) members believe that federal legislation should not curtain state innovation. Rokita says that one size does not fit all voters and that the "Bipartisan Electronic Voting Reform Act of 2008" will grant states maximum flexibility for protection of voting rights. Rokita says that issues of verification are vital to a well run election but are unique to each state. (0:38)
