Hillary links the past and present

Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) says that two pieces of legislation creating both the National Women's Rights History Project Act and the Martin Van Buren National Historic Cite Boundary Revision Act are extremely important for linking or nation's past with the present (:42).
