Pamela Wallin: “Dealing with failed states”

Pamela Wallin, a member of the Independent Panel on Canada’s Future Role in Afghanistan and a Senior Advisor for the Council of the Americas, talks about the “not normal” fighting situation in Afghanistan. Wallin says that Afghanistan is a “failed state” and that the warfare over there is much different than the general public perceives it to be. (1:02)
