Close to the breaking point

The Senate Budget Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) talks about the United States’ flawed healthcare financing system. Conrad says that the system is not working for consumers, employers, or tax payers and therefore needs to be changed so that low cost, high quality care is rewarded. (0:50)
