What a bunch of idiots those mayors are - they have their heads stuck up their past.

It's not new _highways_ that we need in an era of continually rising oil prices. We need new _railways_ - and new zoning to go with them, so that we can encourage sustainable redevelopment of our currently unsustainable, oil-thirsty way of life.
