Brazile: if you change the rules, it's called "cheating"

At the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee hearing, political activist and strategist Donna Brazile says “my momma always taught me to play by the rules” and that her mother also taught her that if you try to change the rules, it’s called “cheating.” (0:39)

if hillary cared about michigan and florida, she would be happy now that those two states are seated, but i guess it didn't benefit her in her quest for power.
her rule changing only resulting in the seating of the michigan and florida delegates.

If our Florida delagates are only getting half a vote -- are they really "seated" as they should be? We Democrats here in Florida did not choose to push up the primary -- that was done by a Republicans in our state and yet we are being punished. The point is not that Hillary Clinton won't get full delegate votes -- the point is that Florida voters have once again been disenfranchised!
