White House arguing against the message, not the messenger
In a press briefing at the White House, Press Secretary Dana Perino says that the White House is arguing against the premise of former press secretary Scott McClellen's book What Happend: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception. Perino said that the administration is not arguing against the messenger, but that McClellen's message that Bush intentionally misled the American public is untrue. (0:37)
