I'm not unpatriotic, says Reverend Wright

At the National Press Club Breakfast, Reverend Jeremiah Wright says that he is the pastor of Senator Barack Obama, not his “spiritual mentor.” It’s about policy, not the American people, and that it is Biblical that God condemns, or damns, certain things. This does not make me unpatriotic. (0:52)

I just cannot understand why Senator Obama should be held responsible for anything that his pastor says and does. Last night I went to bed late for I just had to hear Reverend Wright's speech in its entirety. if I were in Chicago this is the church I would have attended just to to hear this man preach. He is intelligent, fluent and entertaining. No wonder Obama stayed for twenty years listening!! He was listening to a brilliant man who is not preaching hate. He is preaching needed change in the american society.
