Mayor Nutter says Clinton will win

After the Clinton/Obama debate in Philadelphia, PA, the Mayor of Philadelphia, Michael Nutter, says Senator Clinton is going to win. Another reporter asked about point spreads, and Nutter says you can’t predict what City Council is going to do, and you can’t predict point spreads in elections.
