Hillary Clinton says “it takes a Clinton to clean up after a Bush”

Presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Clinton says a program she will work on as president will be new leadership for project labor agreements, which were banned from federal contracts by the first President Bush, and rescinded by the second President Bush. (0:41)
