Joseph Cirincione, President of the Ploughshares Fund, Says the ABM System is a Scam at House Oversight Hearing

It is enheartening to know that Mr. Cirincione is
at least being heard in Congressional hearings,
and advocating reductions in the ABM programs
of the Defense Dept. The AM programs have been producing unused missiles for decades, in my memory - witness the abandoned missile silos scattered across our country. Let's hope Congress gets the message!
Every missile, every Bomb is someone's Death Warrant! The cost of every Bomb or missile goes up in smoke in the form of our wasted tax dollars.
A Million dollars a Bomb? who is making that kind of money? Any terrorist can make a bomb for pennies! This is how the Pentagon and weapons manufacturing companies get away with stealing from us. It is time everyone realizes that and stops them.
